What is an HOA fee?

Homeowners Associations is the community that pays for things like pool maintenance, signs for the neighborhood, and landscaping. HOA fees typically cost around $200-$300 per month, but it largely depends on where you live and what amenities you have. If you have no pool, spa, community room, or gym in the community, your HOA fees could be much lower or non-existent.
