This one trick helps buying your first home a little easier

Buying your first home can be stressful, especially when you buy it and you jump into the deep end. One nifty trick would be to live on the budget you'd have if you already had the house. For example, if your mortgage would be $1,750, and you're only paying $750 for rent right now, set aside $1,000.

Do this about a year before you buy your house. This will make buying a house much easier, because you're already used to the budget. It will also give you a nice down payment when its time to sign!
